Displaying two large pictorial cards, each showing the image of a full bottle of orange drink, the performer asks a child to assist by taking one, and commences a ‘Do as I do’ routine. Both the performer and child slide their identical bottle cards inside stiff cardboard sleeves – both bottles facing upwards. The performer slowly revolves his cardboard sleeve – the child copies. The sleeves are revolved again. When both sleeves are removed, the bottle on the child’s card is UPSIDE-DOWN! This procedure is repeated several times, but still, the child’s bottle is never the same way up as the one the performer has. Finally, the child performs the trick on his/her own, so that his/her bottle is exactly the same as the performer’s one. A great participation trick. Very clever principle used. Easy to do. Complete with special cards, sleeves and instructions.
